Pottery Workshop
The 4th program for 2012 - 2013 will be a Pottery Workshop with Mr. Lim. There will be 2 sessions. 10 members in the morning and 10 in the afternoon with lunch in between.Date: March 12, 2013
Schedule:
Session 1: 10am - 12.30 pm
Lunch: 1.00pm- 2.00 pm Malay Cuisine
Session 2: 2pm - 4.30 pm
Venue: Datin Ong Kid Ching's residence
Cost: Members Only: $100 per person for the workshop including lunch. Members who do not want to do the workshop but want to attend lunch and view some floral arrangements: $30
Description
This is a beginners level workshop using coil pottery methods. We will be making a tall vase and then glazing it using a glaze of your choice. All materials are provided and your vase will be taken by Mr Lim to be fired and returned in approximately 2 weeks which you can then collect from Datin Ong Kid Ching's residence.
Reservations: Please contact Lynda to reserve your place as soon as possible and no later than 1 March. Please indicate your preference for the morning or afternoon session which we can accomodate until the spaces are filled.
